Jakarta, Indonesia (News Today) - High explosion coming from carbide reloading storage on Mindi Street, Lagoa sub-district, Koja, North Jakarta, on Tuesday, caused a horror impact as it did not only panic local people but also shocked them with charred parts of bodies scattered around the scene.
"There was a head thrown away 6 houses from the site of explosion," said Sam, a resident living nearby. According to him, 2 persons died, and 8 others got injured because of it.
The explosion took place at 10.15 a.m. when some people were around the store CV Alwinsyah belonging to Abdul Rohim to have a transaction on reloading gas.
"Suddenly high blast of explosion heard and charred bodies were seen on the spot," said a Public Order officer, Sutaji.
The explosion destructing at least 10 houses happened when gas canisters were moved to the storage from a car.
