(News Today) - Artist Luna Maya and boyfriend singer Nazriel Irham alias Ariel Peterpan said a sex tape allegedly of the couple was fabricated, and not theirs, kompas.com reported on Sunday.
The news portal said that the statement was made by Sancoyo Antarikso, the spokesperson of PT Unilever Indonesia, which signed Luna Maya for Lux advertisements.
"We have received a written statement from Luna Maya and Ariel that the video was fabricated," Sancoyo said.
The video has been widely circulated in the Internet.
Sancoyo said his party planned to meet Luna and discuss her association with PT Unilever.
"We will meet Luna soon to hear her explanation and discuss the path ahead".
