Tabanan (News Today) - The annual congress of the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) will be opened on Friday night at exclusive Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali Resort, Tanah Lot, Tabanan, Bali. The congress weighing on the national football issues seems as if disclosed to media.

Local journalists trying to get the information on the congress on Thursday were banned to enter the resort by security personnel firmly saying, "No notification on the congress."

Wayan Agus Purnomo, a Tempo journalist in Bali, said that he and other journalists planning to ask for the information and press identity cards for covering it from the committee of congress at the hotel were banned to enter the resort by security personnel eventhough they mentioned the reason of visit.

"Security personnel just said there was no notification on the congress and he banned us to enter the resort," said Wayan. He expressed his concern on PSSI's action seeming of restricting media to cover the congress.

Wayan admitted of trying to make a phone call with Nugraha Besoes on his cell phone to report it but the PSSI Secretary General did not take his call. However, Nugraha just replied, " Just wait for the confirmation tommorow (today)."
