Pertamina to Supply Fuels Worth Rp6 Trillion per Year




Jakarta, Indonesia (News Today) - State oil and gas company PT Pertamina has won a tender for the supply of fuel oils and lubricants worth Rp6 trillion per year to mining contractor company Pamapersada Nusantara Group. Under the contract, Pertamina will supply 552,000 kiloliters of fuel oils and lubricants per year to Pamapersada, Pertamina spokesman Mochamad Harun said here on Sunday.

Pamapersada will use the fuel oils and lubricants particularly for its heavy-duty vehicles to carry coal. Pertamina earlier also supplied fuel oils and lubricants to Pamapersada. The two companies have agreed to extend their contract until January 31, 2012. In January 2010, Pertamina also won a tender for the supply of fuel oils to gold mining company PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara.

In addition, it also has supplied fuel oils to PT Kaltim Prima Coal, PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT Kideco Jaya Agung, Banpu, PT Berau Coal, PT Adaro Indonesia, Asmin Coalindo Tuhup, PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam (BA), PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals, PT Aneka Tambang, and PT Inco. Pertamina also has won a tender for the supply of 9,338 kiloliters of lubricants worth Rp176 billion per year to state electricity company Perusahaan Listrik Negara PLN.
