London (News Today) - British engine maker Rolls-Royce said Wednesday it had won an order worth 420 million dollars from Garuda Indonesia to supply Trent 700 engines for six Airbus A330 aircraft.
This latest order announced at the Farnborough International Airshow near London brought Rolls-Royce’s three-day tally for the event to some 1.7 billion dollars (1.32 billion euros).
The contract includes maintenance of the engines for Garuda Indonesia, the company said.
