Ary Muladi faces more KPK questioning

Ary Muladi, an alleged middleman in the fabricated bribery case against two Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) leaders, faced more questioning from the anti-graft body on Wednesday.

“The questioning today is likely to be about the flow of money [in the bribery],” C. Suhadi, Ary's lawyer, told journalists at the KPK headquarters.

Earlier this month, KPK named businessman Anggodo Widjojo as another suspect in the case.

Anggodo allegedly handed money to Ary in an attempt to have leaders of the KPK halt their investigation into the graft case concerning communication company PT Masaro Radiokom, which belongs to his brother Anggoro Widjojo.
